We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for Technical Writing to create high‑quality end‑user documentation for medical devices. The role is based in Graubünden and involves leading a small team of information developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver compelling documentation for medically trained professionals and regulatory bodies worldwide.
• Lead and mentor a small team of technical writers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and product teams to translate complex specifications into clear user guides.
• Manage multiple documentation projects, schedules, and deliverables.

Required profile

• Background in sciences or high‑tech environment.
• Full understanding of end‑user documentation development and translation processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project planning skills.
• Ability to quickly learn complex procedures and work under tight schedules.

Required skills

• Experience with XML content management systems (e.g., ST4).
• Proficiency in FrameMaker, InDesign, Acrobat, and template‑based publishing.
• Native‑level English (US) and ability to understand German or willingness to learn.
• Good graphic or visualization skills.
