Team Leader – Operations (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, people‑oriented Team Leader Operations to drive operational excellence within our Swiss Operations organization. The role bridges Operations, HR, IT, Project Management and business stakeholders to ensure teams, processes and tools are aligned for scalable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of ~15 employees in Switzerland, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and talent development in partnership with HR.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and TQMI standards, conduct audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as business owner for Salesforce engagement initiatives, prioritising requirements and coordinating delivery with IT and project teams.
• Own and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating learning paths, certification visibility and adoption.
• Identify efficiency opportunities, support operational governance and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing a medium‑size team in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment and talent development.
• Experience with process compliance, audit coordination and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work closely with IT and project teams on business applications.
