Team Manager - Luxury Retail

About the role

The Prada Group, founded in 1913 in Italy and operating in more than 45 countries with brands such as PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church's, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa, is hiring a Team Manager for its store in Zurich. The role centres on leading, training and coaching the team, driving sales goal overachievement and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, set goals, run regular performance conversations with the Store Manager and coach staff with Retail Trainers
• Train the team on the client journey, clienteling, storytelling and product knowledge
• Help recruit and onboard new talent together with the Store Manager
• Manage the sales floor, train Client Advisors on clienteling steps (data collection, outreach, private appointments, re-purchases, VIC engagement and retention) and expand the client base
• Ensure exemplary product care and adherence to company policies
• Monitor category performance, give feedback to merchandising and work with visual merchandising and operations teams

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail
• Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills
• Commercial, client-centric and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate with Store Management and cross-functional teams
• Passion for luxury, fashion and the brand
