Team Member, Center of Accounting Practices (Swiss CAP)

About the role

The Center of Accounting Practices (CAP) covers finance activities for around 20 legal entities in Switzerland. As a member of the CAP, you will manage core finance processes and contribute to foundational and squad-prioritized work within a dynamic, evolving environment. The position is based in Rotkreuz.

Key responsibilities

• Perform variable accounting tasks aligned with team and operational needs
• Help prepare monthly group reporting for individual Roche companies
• Handle statutory reporting in line with the Swiss Code of Obligations
• Carry out tax calculations for local affiliates, including OECD minimum tax
• Run business partnering activities in dedicated areas and support individual accounting projects
• Work with Roche's shared service centers to run finance processes smoothly, with clear ownership of responsibilities
• Lead ICFR processes (control testing and change cycles) and act as Subject Matter Expert on internal controls and compliance

Required profile

• Degree in Finance and 5+ years of experience across various finance areas
• Strong financial expertise and ability to work in a self-aligning team with minimal hierarchy
• Natural initiative and leadership in collaborative settings, guiding others without formal authority
• Openness to feedback and shared accountability
• Ability to work across diverse business models, operational and financial organizations
• German and English

Required skills

• Finance degree (university or equivalent) with proven IFRS and Swiss statutory accounting skills
• SAP FI, CO
• Independent work and strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Enterprise-wide, end-to-end thinking and passion for transformation
