Teamleader Laboratory & Architectural Planning

About the role

As Team Leader Laboratory & Architectural Planning you will head a multidisciplinary team of architects and laboratory experts within Exyte’s Life Sciences business unit, creating innovative research, development and production environments for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of architects and laboratory specialists.
• Develop innovative laboratory and building concepts that meet functional, user, GMP and sustainability requirements.
• Collaborate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, CSA and Project Management disciplines.
• Advise clients on laboratory, architectural and workplace concepts and support proposal activities.
• Manage resource and capacity planning and promote best practices in design.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience planning and designing laboratory, research or life‑science facilities.
• Leadership experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP‑regulated laboratory requirements.
• Fluent in German and English.
