Technical Back Office Specialist – Electrical Safety Lab

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Back Office Specialist to support the daily operations of our Electrical Safety Laboratory. The role combines administrative assistance for the sales team with coordination of laboratory testing activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of results.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow‑up communications for the sales team.
• Assist in acquiring new customers and supporting sales initiatives.
• Schedule laboratory testing, monitor project progress and guarantee on‑time results.
• Manage warehouse activities and handle test samples.
• Request quotations and coordinate calibration schedules for laboratory equipment.
• Perform basic electrical safety laboratory tests and receive training for future development into a Laboratory Technician role.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Back Office role or as a Laboratory Technician in the electrical/electronics field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills, high reliability and attention to detail.
• Technical diploma or degree in a scientific field, preferably electrical or electronic engineering.
