Technical Content Writer – Remote

About the role

The company seeks a Technical Content Writer to translate complex software engineering and AI concepts into clear, engaging content for technical decision‑makers and business audiences. This remote position works closely with marketing, engineering, project management and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Write blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, technical guides, website pages, landing page copy, product release notes and thought‑leadership articles.
• Collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, project managers and leadership to turn technical solutions and client achievements into accessible narratives.
• Develop deep understanding of software development services, delivery models and target audiences.
• Create SEO‑optimized content aligned with brand positioning and lead‑generation goals.
• Research emerging technologies such as LLMs, generative AI, MLOps, cloud computing and DevOps.
• Adapt technical information for CTOs, engineering leaders, founders and business executives while maintaining accuracy.
• Manage editorial calendars and deliver high‑quality work within deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a technical content writer or copywriter in a software development, AI/ML, SaaS or IT services environment.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and explain them clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record producing long‑form technical content, educational articles or thought‑leadership pieces.
• Strong writing, research, editing and storytelling skills with excellent grammar.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms and modern technology stacks.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, generative AI and data pipelines.
