Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic technology environment in Switzerland. In this role you will act as the central hub connecting engineering teams, product stakeholders, and external partners to deliver complex technical projects from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of technical projects, including platform initiatives, integrations and partner onboarding.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Drive daily progress by removing blockers, facilitating decisions and keeping multiple workstreams aligned.
• Organise cross‑functional meetings to review status, address challenges and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Serve as the main communication point between engineering, product, business teams and external partners, providing timely updates to senior leadership.
• Establish project governance, maintain documentation, control changes and ensure accountability.
• Translate business requirements into structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify and implement improvements to project management processes, tools and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead in a software development or technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end technical projects with multiple teams and complex dependencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships across all organisational levels.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Confident facilitation and influencing skills to align distributed teams in ambiguous situations.
