Technical Sales Manager – Temperature-Controlled Packaging

About the role

SkyCell is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive the adoption of its temperature‑controlled container solutions. You will act as a trusted partner, helping customers design, launch and grow their cold‑chain packaging projects while ensuring long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with assigned accounts, conducting regular business reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities across new use cases, geographies, products and business units.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to deliver solutions that meet expectations and turn satisfied customers into advocates.
• Partner with Business Development on strategic sales opportunities, building compelling business cases and value propositions.
• Proactively manage risks to retention and drive expansion of existing contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution engineering and strategic account management within hardware‑based, logistics‑focused environments.
• Strong understanding of physical, temperature‑controlled packaging products and supply‑chain operations.
• Ability to translate complex customer challenges into tailored packaging solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
