Telesales Executive (French/English) – Full-time

About the role

Join DHL Express Switzerland’s sales team as a Telesales Executive, managing a portfolio of around 500 SME customers with roughly 2 million CHF sales responsibility. You will use phone, virtual meetings and video messages to develop existing accounts and acquire new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~500 SME customers, overseeing about 2 million CHF in sales.
• Develop existing accounts and retain customers through proactive consulting and needs‑based recommendations.
• Acquire new customers using leads provided by the Lead Qualification department.
• Ensure pricing and volume conditions comply with DHL’s tariff and volume policies.
• Utilise telephone, virtual meetings and video messaging as primary communication channels.

Required profile

• First experience in sales, either through a training period or a full‑time role.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultant mindset.
• Self‑disciplined, autonomous and able to organise workload effectively.
• Interest in logistics and transport, and comfortable working in an international team.
