About the role
Join a fast‑growing international company that provides advanced pipeline integrity and inspection solutions for the energy sector. As a Territory Business Development Manager you will lead commercial activities across Europe, building strong relationships with Oil & Gas customers and driving new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Identify, qualify and nurture relationships with new and existing clients in the Oil & Gas and broader energy sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor, presenting tailored pipeline inspection and integrity solutions.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnership development.
- Conduct market analysis to spot trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical, operations and marketing teams to align sales with service capabilities.
- Support contract negotiations and contribute to commercial agreement management.
- Participate in forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management and sales reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within Oil & Gas or energy.
- Strong understanding of pipeline integrity management and in‑line inspection services.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive growth in complex technical environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
