Territory Spine Manager – Implants (Zurich/East)

About the role

The Territory Spine Manager will sell Globus Medical implant products and related services to hospitals in the Zurich/East region. This position requires strong clinical knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with surgeons and hospital decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Globus Medical spinal implant products in accordance with company quality policies.
• Provide technical support and intra‑operative consultation, including neuromonitoring guidance.
• Educate surgeons and operating‑room staff on product applications and indications.
• Collaborate with the regional sales manager, robotic, imaging and navigation specialists to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report expenses monthly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of the operating‑room environment and spinal device sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly independent, proactive and ethical with a strong service orientation.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel, including occasional overnights.

Required skills

• Advanced understanding of human anatomy and basic medical procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Fluency in German and English; French is a strong plus.
• Experience with neuromonitoring support during surgeries.
