Test Manager 80-100%

About the role

Zühlke, a Swiss engineering and innovation partner founded in 1968, is looking for a Test Manager based in Schlieren, working 80-100% of the time. You will define and own the end-to-end verification strategy for Control Valves, EPIVs, Energy Valve and Data Center Cooling solutions, leading verification across complete system architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end verification strategy for Control Valves, EPIVs, Energy Valve and Data Center Cooling solutions
• Lead verification activities across complete system architectures, covering integration to acceptance testing, including reliability, endurance and performance testing
• Work with distributed verification teams and external partners
• Support release readiness reviews, defect triage, risk assessments and Go/No-Go decisions

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Test Management, Verification & Validation, System Engineering or Quality Assurance
• Experience leading verification activities across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Fluent German and English

Required skills

• Knowledge of HVAC, hydronic systems, building automation, industrial automation or data center cooling is highly desirable, including Control Valves and valve actuation and flow, pressure and temperature control
• Networking and connectivity (TCP/IP, BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP) and cybersecurity (vulnerability and security testing, authentication and authorization)
• Agile methods, Scrum and SAFe
• Python, test automation with pytest, Robot Framework and LabVIEW, and hardware-in-the-loop tests
• Jira / Zephyr and Codebeamer
