Therapy Specialist – Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) (f/m/d)

About the role

Vantive is seeking a Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Therapy Specialist to support and train healthcare professionals and patients across the French‑speaking region of Switzerland. You will act as a clinical expert for Vantive’s PD products, ensuring high‑quality care and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Train doctors, nurses, patients and other stakeholders on Vantive’s PD therapies and devices.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care as part of comprehensive patient support.
• Provide telephone and on‑site technical assistance for product‑related inquiries.
• Develop strategies and build customer relationships together with the PD team.
• Plan and execute PD projects, documenting activities in the CRM system.
• Report activity and outcomes, and collaborate closely with product management.

Required profile

• Registered nurse recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• 3‑5 years of experience in home dialysis or peritoneal dialysis therapy.
• Proven ability to manage a territory independently.
• Strong didactic training skills and a patient‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the region; valid Class B driver’s license.
• Fluent written and spoken French and good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using a CRM system.
