Trainee – Global Employer Services (Tax & Legal)

About the role

This part‑time trainee role supports the Global Employer Services (Tax & Legal) team in Zurich. You will work on‑site, handling administrative tasks and gaining exposure to an international, multi‑disciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Draft letters, memos, spreadsheets, reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide comprehensive secretarial support for the national administrative team.
• Coordinate meetings and assist with the tax‑return deadline extension process.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages a plus).
• Independent, solution‑oriented and able to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Enjoy teamwork and flexible working days/hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
