Trainee/Associate Lawyer – Private Equity & Investment Funds

About the role

We are looking for a motivated trainee or newly admitted lawyer to join our Bissone office, supporting the private equity and investment fund practice. The role involves working on cross‑border advisory matters in English, under the guidance of senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, fund documentation and regulatory filings.
• Support corporate and M&A transactions for private equity clients.
• Conduct legal research on investment fund law, corporate law and related regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver tailored legal solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law from an Italian or Swiss university with a final grade of at least 105/110 or magna cum laude.
• Up to three years of post‑graduation experience (trainee or admitted to the bar).
• Strong interest in commercial international law, precision and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level).

Required skills

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
