Training Specialist – Global Operations (Bern)

About the role

The Training Specialist will join the Medi24 team in Bern and be responsible for delivering instructor‑led training across our global operations. Working closely with a worldwide network of Training Specialists and Instructional Designers, you will design, implement and continuously improve onboarding and performance‑boosting programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training in‑person or remotely for global operations functions.
• Develop onboarding and training programmes based on adult‑learning principles and business needs.
• Conduct new‑hire orientation and ensure consistent best‑practice delivery.
• Evaluate and update training content to stay audit‑ready and reflect product, process and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to create training materials, e‑learning courses and manuals.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for medical and client onboarding training, coordinating with medical teams.
• Measure training impact through quantitative and qualitative feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain the e‑learning knowledge base and support the new‑hire academy network.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar learning role.
• Medical qualification or relevant certification.
• Proven ability to apply established training methodologies and adult‑learning principles.
• Experience delivering both classroom and online training.
