Transcend GTO-QM, Commercial Quality

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Transcend GTO-QM, Commercial Quality professional for its Innovative Medicine business. The role leads the consolidation of Commercial Quality business processes and supports the creation of the Global Template aligned with the Transcend Global roadmap. It is a hybrid position based in Zug, with alternate hybrid locations also possible.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Innovative Medicine subject matter expert for all Commercial Quality activities, driving global S/4 HANA capability standardization, alignment and adoption.
• Ensure all Commercial Quality processes and designs align with the Transcend future-state blueprint.
• Act as a Change Champion to support global standardization and process harmonization.
• Develop, document and steward the Global Template, keeping it consistent across all markets.
• Build and optimize business processes aligned with the future-state architecture and support adoption across regional organizations.
• Support Business Simulation and User Acceptance Testing, and document and map end-to-end Commercial Quality processes.
• Provide input for training design, compliance documentation and process updates, and develop standard testing approaches and tools.
• Support quality compliance, system validation and change control processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred; high school or equivalent minimum.
• Business functional experience (Operations, Supply Chain and/or Finance) in a complex, multi-ERP environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP processes after transformation or implementation, and leading operational technological processes in a global organization.
• People management and development experience (direct or indirect reports and partners).
• Preferred: pharmaceuticals, life sciences or regulated industry experience, and experience with SAP ERP replacement projects.
• Proficiency in English; German, Dutch or Italian is helpful.

Required skills

• Certifications such as PMP, FPX, APICS and/or Lean/Six Sigma are helpful.
• Preferred: business process design, engineering or optimization, and experience leading multi-functional decision-making bodies.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, and ability to work with program teams and senior leadership.
