UI/UX Lead – Enterprise Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a UI/UX Lead to drive the delivery of user experience capabilities across strategic GCORC platforms, aligning with business objectives and transformation priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of UI/UX capabilities across strategic GCORC platforms.
• Define and manage the UI/UX delivery roadmap across multiple products, workstreams, and releases.
• Drive execution from concept through production deployment, ensuring high-quality user experiences at scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to embed UX into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Deliver AI‑assisted capabilities that enhance navigation, search, recommendations, and user productivity.
• Collaborate with Data and AI teams to embed intelligent user experiences within GCORC workflows.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading UI/UX delivery for enterprise platforms, workflow applications, or case management solutions.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong experience working within Agile delivery models and product‑centric organizations.
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Operations teams.
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled user experiences, intelligent workflows, and modern digital platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
