About the role
The Utilities Technician III is a key member of the facilities management team, responsible for the reliable operation of mechanical and electrical utility systems supporting manufacturing processes. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and responding to critical alarms in GMP and controlled areas.
Key responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and monitor all utility systems, using BMS and DeltaV control platforms.
- Lead shift coordination, allocate work, and ensure accurate logbook documentation.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting, impact assessments and mechanical space tours to identify potential issues.
- Support quality management activities, including QRM, deviations and CAPA.
Required profile
- High school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in industrial system operations, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, nuclear or FMCG sectors.
- Ability to work autonomously in a 5‑shift model and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.
Required skills
- Experience with SCADA monitoring systems, DeltaV and Siemens DESIGO BMS.
- Knowledge of steam generation and boiler operation.
- Proficiency in quality management documentation and processes.
