UX/UI Designer – Craft Digital Experiences

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented UX/UI Designer based in Switzerland to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across multiple business lines. You will work with design systems, reusable components, and modern prototyping tools to deliver consistent, scalable interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design responsive websites, landing pages, and digital products, creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable interface patterns using Figma.
• Collaborate with developers, content specialists, digital marketers, and platform teams to ensure functional, accessible, and visually consistent outcomes.
• Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for developer handoff, supporting component‑based content management systems where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, or digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to fast‑paced, agile environments.
• Strong visual and verbal communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
• Experience with design systems and reusable interface components.
• Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
