Über die Position
Zur Verstärkung unseres Sales‑Teams in Embrach suchen wir ab sofort eine initiative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als Vertriebsassistent/in – Sales Coordinator (80‑100 %).
Hauptaufgaben
- Koordination und administrative Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Verkaufsunterlagen (Präsentationen, Flyer)
- Planung und Durchführung von Verkaufsaktionen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im ERP‑System Navision
- Kunden‑ und Marktanalysen sowie ggf. Kundenbesuche im DACH‑Raum
Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre
- Erfahrung im Vertriebs‑ oder Assistenzbereich, idealerweise im europäischen DIY‑Umfeld
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
Erforderliche Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
- EDV‑Kenntnisse: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics Navision
