Vice President/Director Treasury Sales Officer – Global Payments

About the role

The Treasury Sales Officer will manage and develop relationships with US‑headquartered Global Commercial Banking clients and their European operations, helping them optimise liquidity, payments and working capital strategies. This senior position offers significant client ownership and exposure to senior Treasury and Finance decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational Global Commercial Banking clients, originating new business and driving revenue growth.
• Develop and execute client growth strategies, maintain a robust sales pipeline and expand wallet share through solution‑led selling.
• Deliver tailored treasury solutions across cash management, payments, liquidity, FX, commercial cards and trade finance.
• Partner with Corporate Banking, Product, Risk, Credit and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Proven track record in Treasury Management Sales, Transaction Banking or Global Payments Solutions.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to win new business and build long‑term strategic relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, comfortable engaging CFOs, Treasurers and senior finance leaders.
• Fluent English; German language skills beneficial but not essential.
