Video Content Manager

About the role

This fully remote position supports the growth of high‑velocity digital media brands by creating and localising short‑form video content for multiple social platforms. You will combine creative editing with operational excellence to boost audience engagement and drive viral experiences across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Edit, adapt and repurpose video assets into short‑form formats optimized for platform performance.
• Localise and dub content for specific geographic and language audiences while preserving quality.
• Manage publishing schedules and workflows for multiple social media accounts.
• Upload, organise and schedule videos on channels such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and X.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and apply data‑driven adjustments.
• Support account setup, security procedures and workflow organisation across brands.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to automate localisation, translation and operational tasks.
• Assist with day‑to‑day administrative duties related to social media management.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short‑form video content with tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of viral content strategies and audience engagement on social platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several social media accounts and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort using AI tools to support production, translation and operational workflows.
