About the role

The Woodward, Geneva’s first all‑suite hotel, is looking for a dedicated Valet/Bellhop to welcome and assist guests from the moment they arrive. You will act as an ambassador of the hotel’s luxury service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of guests’ vehicles, transport luggage to rooms, and handle in‑room deliveries.
• Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures, including coordinating taxis and chauffeur services.
• Maintain smooth traffic flow in the hotel’s surrounding areas and manage parking operations.
• Perform external errands for guests and deliver newspapers.
• Keep the hotel entrance, exterior areas, and luggage storage clean and well‑organized.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role at a 5‑star or palace hotel.
• Responsive, discreet, and a strong team player.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Professional driving and vehicle handling.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
