Web Marketing Coordinator (WordPress)

About the role

Haut-Lac International Bilingual School is seeking a Web Marketing Coordinator to manage its WordPress website and internal intranet. The role is web‑first, combining content publishing, basic graphic updates, and collaboration with the marketing team to keep the digital presence accurate and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the school’s public WordPress site and staff/family intranet.
• Publish and update pages, images, events, and documents regularly.
• Ensure all content is accurate, well‑structured, and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create simple graphics using Canva and existing templates.
• Contribute ideas to improve user experience and site navigation.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong experience with WordPress – the core platform for this role.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable collaborating in a team environment.
• Interest in digital tools and emerging AI technologies.
