Weed Control Global Planner

About the role

The Global Planner leads Supply Chain Planning for assigned active ingredients, balancing production, inventory, and demand to meet business strategy and customer service targets. This role creates and maintains a 24‑month rolling master plan, supports S&OP processes, and acts as the bridge between global and regional supply organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate demand and supply capability into a time‑phased aggregate plan across the mid‑term horizon.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, providing supply insights, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Perform resource planning, identify capacity gaps, and define corrective actions.
• Develop 24‑month sourcing requirements for active ingredients, raw materials, and intermediates.
• Track master planning performance metrics and lead root‑cause analysis to improve accuracy and utilization.
• Collaborate with demand management, sales, marketing, manufacturing, procurement, and sourcing to balance supply and demand.

Required profile

• Minimum B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing or procurement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work across functions, cultures, and time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP, IBP, ERP and planning tools (e.g., OBP, Aggregate Planning).
• Experience in developing and evaluating “what‑if” scenarios for S&OP.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, inventory management, and supply‑demand balancing.
