Welcome Agent / Receptionist (Long Term)

About the role

As a Welcome Agent at W Verbier, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the signature W hospitality throughout the winter season. This full‑time, long‑term position runs from July 2026 to March 2027 and focuses on creating memorable experiences from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
• Answer phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
• Advise guests on stay conditions, local attractions, and any special requests.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and monitor deferred payments.
• Verify services delivered, coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments.
• Maintain detailed guest records and relay essential information to relevant hotel teams.

Required profile

• Previous front‑desk experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
