Windows Server Engineer (100%) (f/m/d)

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a Windows Server Engineer to design, implement and maintain its enterprise Windows Server infrastructure. The engineer builds robust and scalable platform solutions, manages Rights Delegation frameworks and supports Documentation and Education Operations. The role also covers 3rd-level incident resolution, process improvement and an on-call rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer the Windows Server platform
• Build and maintain the Rights Delegation platform
• Support Documentation and Education Operations with technical documentation and team upskilling
• Resolve complex incidents and drive root cause analysis as part of 3rd-level support
• Contribute to process definition and improvement
• Take part in an on-call rotation

Required profile

• Higher education in IT (HF, TS, FH or university)
• At least 5 years of enterprise experience in Windows Server engineering, delegation management, scripting, automation, backup, antivirus, logging and similar areas
• Strong communication skills in English
