Wireless Project Manager – Telecommunications

About the role

Connect44 is looking for a determined, team-oriented Wireless Project Manager for its telecommunications business. The position is based in Dübendorf, Switzerland, and is a full-time, on-site role requiring 100% office presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage wireless telecommunications projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and customer stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Manage schedules, budgets, documentation and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications and contractual requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Several years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in the wireless domain.
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); German is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with international teams.
• A degree in telecommunications, engineering, IT, business administration or a related field is an advantage.
