WM Client Account Manager (m/f/n) – Zurich

About the role

This temporary position supports the South East Asia desk of a leading Swiss bank in implementing the MAS Exemption Framework and related KYC/CDD remediation activities. Based in Zurich, you will work closely with Client Advisors and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the South East Asia desk in executing the MAS Exemption Framework and KYC/CDD uplift tasks.
• Coordinate client outreach and collect documentation to satisfy regulatory and internal requirements.
• Review and follow up on outstanding KYC, due‑diligence and account documentation.
• Assist Client Advisors with administrative, risk, legal and compliance‑related matters.
• Perform account maintenance, onboarding and change‑in‑circumstances processes.
• Manage daily client servicing activities, acting as the primary contact for banking inquiries and operational follow‑up.
• Monitor remediation progress and regulatory deadlines.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers and other stakeholders involved in the MAS Framework implementation.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services, preferably within wealth management, client service, KYC, onboarding, account maintenance or regulatory remediation.
• Strong understanding of client documentation, due‑diligence and KYC processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable working in a project‑driven environment.
• Team player who remains calm and effective under pressure.
• High level of discretion, professionalism and adaptability.
• Fluency in English; German, French or an Asian language is a plus.
