Working Student – Corporate Tax Support (40-80%)

About the role

Join the corporate tax team as a working student, supporting administrative coordination, documentation, and compliance processes. The position is full‑time during semester breaks and 2‑3 days per week during studies, with a minimum commitment of 18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Pillar II compliance tasks such as data collection, documentation maintenance, and analysis.
• Support Swiss tax matters, including stamp duty and withholding tax research, calculations, and preparation of supporting materials.
• Conduct tax research on international and Swiss tax issues.
• Help with corporate tax compliance and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (accounting, finance, legal) and support external advisors.
• Perform general administrative duties, including database upkeep and file updates.

Required profile

• Ongoing Bachelor’s or early Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Interest in international and Swiss tax topics.
• First practical experience in tax or finance is a plus.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, and willing to handle routine administrative work.
• Strong analytical skills and very good English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
