About the role

Join Kempinski’s renowned room‑service team in the luxury resort of St. Moritz for the 2026/2027 winter season. As a Commis de Rang you will deliver impeccable in‑room dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels the high standards of a 5‑star hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Independently cover a shift, managing all room‑service duties.
• Take orders fluently in German and English.
• Prepare and deliver meals, loading trolleys efficiently.
• Conduct up‑selling conversations with guests.
• Organise and distribute treatments and amenities.
• Handle cash‑register operations using the Micros system.
• Perform daily mise en place, cleaning tasks and maintain compliance with hotel standards.

Required profile

• Completed training in a comparable hotel environment and initial experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Resilient, tidy, with a strong focus on quality.
• Structured, organised work style and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent German and English language skills; additional language knowledge is a plus.
