Seasonal Host/Hostess for Crazy Pizza Restaurant

About the role

Join Kempinski’s Food & Beverage team for the winter season 2026/2027 as the front‑of‑house host/hostess at the Crazy Pizza restaurant in St. Moritz. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience in a luxury Alpine setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
• Manage table reservations and seating plans.
• Actively promote the restaurant and other F&B outlets.
• Support the service team during service hours.
• Assist the operations department during peak periods and special events.

Required profile

• Completed training in a comparable hotel environment.
• Initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Impeccable demeanor, well‑groomed appearance and natural charm.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of guest needs.
• Structured, organized and team‑oriented work style.
• Very good Italian, English and German language skills.
• Sales aptitude and persuasiveness.
