Demi Chef de Partie – Seasonal Position in St. Moritz

About the role

Kempinski is expanding its culinary offering at the Grand Hotel des Bains with Neora, a modern Greek restaurant in the Engadin Alps. We are seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our high‑performance kitchen team for the winter season 2026/2027.

Key responsibilities

• Daily mise en place and preparation of dishes for the assigned station.
• Presentation of plates according to Neora’s standards.
• Uphold and promote quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Assist in the development and co‑design of recipes.
• Ensure proper food storage following HACCP guidelines.

Required profile

• Completed chef training with experience in a 5‑star gastronomic environment.
• First‑hand experience with Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Strong product knowledge of Greek dishes.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and high quality awareness.
• Organised, structured work style and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
