Financial Controller – Controlling & FP&A

About the role

Rotzinger Transver is seeking a proactive Financial Controller to lead and shape controlling activities across its two Swiss sites. You will work independently, partner with project managers and cross‑functional teams, and provide clear financial insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate monthly closing, variance analysis versus budget/forecast, and prepare management reports.
• Partner with project managers to monitor project financials, control costs, margins and overall performance.
• Analyze industrial variances (materials, labour, overhead) and deliver insights to drive efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Track and report key industrial KPIs, supporting performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business targets and providing regular updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or FP&A.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with reporting tools.
