Hairdresser – Luxury Spa & Recreation (Seasonal Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated hairdresser to join the spa team at our luxury hotel for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will work in a high‑end environment, delivering premium hair services to discerning guests while collaborating with a dynamic, young team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule to maximise salon productivity.
• Oversee daily salon operations, including stock and supply management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (Kardex) and ensure availability of products.
• Provide personalized haircuts, styling and treatments to demanding clientele.
• Uphold luxury standards and brand image in every guest interaction.

Required profile

• Several years of professional hairdressing experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics and creativity.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with the ability to build loyalty.
• Organisational flexibility and the capacity to handle high‑pressure situations.
