Senior CRM Consultant – Financial Services (Salesforce/BSI)

About the role

As a Senior CRM Consultant at Synpulse you will help leading banks and insurers design and implement modern customer relationship management solutions. The focus is on Salesforce and BSI CRM platforms, guiding clients from strategy definition to full deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise financial institutions on the conception and architecture of CRM solutions.
• Participate in diverse projects introducing Salesforce or BSI CRM across the banking and insurance sectors.
• Support business development by contributing to the acquisition of new customers and projects.
• Manage sub‑projects in Switzerland and, when desired, in other locations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, ecosystem partners and cross‑functional delivery teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a recognised university or university of applied sciences.
• Proven experience in the financial industry and with CRM implementations.
• Strong language skills (minimum B2 level) in German and English.
• Structured, goal‑oriented working style.
