About the role
The reception team of the 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse welcomes guests from check-in until they leave, and is looking for a Front Office Agent. The hotel works a 4-day week, with three days off each week and flexible organisation of free time.
Key responsibilities
- Make sure guests are not just contented but enthusiastic
- Keep calm and handle check-ins smoothly, even when many guests arrive at once
- Prepare the shift and finish it with the front office fully cleaned up
Required profile
- Hospitality training completed and some professional front office experience
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Able to inspire both colleagues and guests, with local knowledge and tips
- A doer who admits mistakes openly and brings character as well as abilities
