About the role
As a Guest Service Expert you will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering attentive food and beverage service, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and supporting the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams. The role requires a proactive attitude, physical stamina and a commitment to Marriott’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests, and communicate orders to the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Clean work areas, restock supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
- Handle menu information, verify orders, and assist with food presentation.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Fluent Thai language proficiency.
