Account Executive – B2B Healthcare SaaS Sales

About the role
This position offers a results‑driven sales professional the chance to accelerate commercial growth across European and US markets for an innovative healthcare SaaS solution. You will lead complex consultative sales cycles, build strategic relationships with clinics and healthcare organisations, and contribute directly to market expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and close strategic B2B accounts across Europe and the USA, focusing on long‑term growth.
- Lead consultative sales processes with clinics, medical practices, and clinic groups.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, presentations and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using outbound, inbound, digital and event‑based activities.
- Develop new business partnerships and identify expansion opportunities within assigned territories.
- Deliver tailored, business‑focused proposals and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Support onboarding and early‑stage customer adoption to drive retention.
- Provide market feedback and commercial insights to leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting and pipeline tracking.
- Contribute to territory development and commercial process improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience closing complex B2B sales deals in a consultative or value‑based environment.
- Strong track record managing long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience engaging and negotiating with senior decision‑makers and executives.
- Background in SaaS, healthcare technology or medical technology is highly preferred.
- Experience with clinics, medical practices, aesthetic providers or healthcare organisations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent pipeline management, prospecting, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Strong commercial mindset with accountability for revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, performance‑driven setting.
