About the role
The Appointment Setter will contact individuals who have shown interest in our online content or coaching program. By calling or arranging a Zoom meeting, you will assess whether they are a good fit before handing them over to an Enrollment Advisor for the next steps.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to leads via phone and schedule Zoom calls.
- Qualify prospects by discussing their goals and ensuring alignment with our programs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Enrollment Advisors to ensure a smooth handover.
- Provide feedback on lead quality to improve outreach strategies.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools such as Zoom.
- Ability to quickly evaluate prospect suitability.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
