Group Technology Junior Financial Controller

About the role

Join the Group Finance team in Meyrin and support the financial performance of the Group Technology platforms. This transversal position balances hands‑on controlling (70%) with data‑quality and process‑improvement support (30%).

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations for technology cost centres, ensuring robust control systems and accurate month‑end closing.
• Partner with Group Technology managers to drive cost awareness, produce ad‑hoc analysis and monitor resource usage for key projects.
• Lead planning and forecasting cycles (budget, latest estimate, roadmap) and prepare variance analysis against targets.
• Support capital approval requests, purchase‑order validation and the maintenance of internal cost allocation models.
• Conduct regular data‑quality checks, investigate discrepancies and propose automation improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
