Accounts Receivable & Sales Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounts Receivable & Sales Accounting Manager will lead all activities related to receivables, credit management, revenue accounting and cash collection for VisilabGroup. This role sits at the centre of the company’s transformation toward subscription‑based services and recurring revenue models, ensuring healthy cash flow and minimal financial risk.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including billing, cash allocation, reconciliation and collections.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts in the ERP system and manage account statements and follow‑ups.
• Ensure correct application of revenue recognition principles and reconcile accounting revenue with commercial systems.
• Define and maintain credit policies, assess customer creditworthiness, set limits and monitor exposure.
• Implement proactive collection strategies, supervise collection activities and resolve billing or contractual disputes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Development, Retail Operations, IT, Customer Service and group stakeholders to design and scale financial processes for subscription services.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading accounts receivable, credit management, revenue accounting and cash collection functions.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams such as Finance, Business Development, Retail Operations, IT and Customer Service.
• Experience maintaining accurate customer accounts within an ERP environment.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and implementation of credit policies.
