About the role
The Night Auditor joins our Guest Experience Experts team, delivering a seamless and memorable stay for guests during the night shift. Empowered to move throughout the property, the auditor handles operational tasks, addresses guest requests, and ensures all interactions reflect our Gold Standards. The role requires maintaining a safe workplace, protecting company assets, and presenting a professional appearance at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs during the night shift.
- Address guest requests and provide local area information.
- Complete nightly reports and financial reconciliations.
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies.
- Protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
- Ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
