Phone Setter (Remote Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Phone Setter to join our remote sales team. You will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live sales calls via phone and Zoom to engage new prospects.
• Maintain and update your daily pipeline to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Generate conversations with new potential clients and re‑engage leads that did not close initially.
• Set appointments that achieve at least a 20% closing ratio for the sales closers.
• Follow up with prospects before appointments to confirm attendance.
• Complete end‑of‑day KPI reports and participate in regular team meetings and trainings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and confidence on the phone.
• Resilient, positive attitude and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Self‑discipline to manage a flexible schedule and meet daily call targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom for video calls.
• Experience using Slack for team communication.

What we offer

• Base salary of $500 per month plus 5% commission.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) ranging from $54,000 to $76,000 per year.
• Full‑time remote work with flexible scheduling (30‑40 hours/week).
• Ability to request time off with advance notice.
