Senior Consultant – Treasury Advisory

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Treasury Advisory you will join a leading finance transformation practice, helping Swiss and European clients modernise their treasury functions. You will work on high‑impact projects that combine process redesign, technology implementation and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of treasury management systems such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS and other solutions.
• Lead the treasury workstream in large SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Deliver Treasury Advisory projects covering operating model analysis, policy optimisation, banking, cash and payment process redesign, and in‑house banking factory solutions.
• Conduct Treasury Health Check, Review and Internal Audit engagements to benchmark client organisations against best practices.
• Facilitate Treasury conferences, workshops and client‑focused events.
• Manage engagement delivery, present findings to senior client management and generate new business leads.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of subject‑matter expertise in corporate treasury processes and systems.
• Hands‑on experience designing and implementing Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba or similar).
• Knowledge of SAP treasury modules (Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, In‑House Cash, Advanced Payment Management).
• Proven consulting experience in the Swiss market with a professional network of treasury professionals.
• Strong analytical, design‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and German with excellent written and oral communication skills.
