About the role
goFLUENT is seeking a motivated Account Executive to lead its expansion across Eastern Europe. You will work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, helping businesses adopt AI‑powered language learning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the Eastern Europe territory by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new B2B accounts.
- Identify decision‑makers, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Create compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and C‑suite executives.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close high‑potential deals.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
- Travel within the territory to support sales activities and customer meetings.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or international markets.
- Proven ability to engage senior managers and C‑suite audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
- Active on LinkedIn and comfortable using social media for business development.
- Relevant experience in training, e‑learning, or HR services is a plus.
- Fluent English (minimum B2); Polish language skills are an advantage.
