Account Manager – Partner Strategy (Asia Pacific)

About the role

The World Economic Forum is seeking an Account Manager to lead Partner Strategy across the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on building and deepening strategic relationships with senior executives of Forum Partners, ensuring their continued engagement with the Forum’s activities and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive‑level relationships with CEOs, C‑suite and other senior contacts of partner organisations.
• Gain a deep understanding of each partner’s strategy, priorities and regional business context.
• Design and execute tailored engagement plans in collaboration with the Partner Success team to retain and grow partnerships.
• Onboard senior executives into the Forum ecosystem and coordinate their participation in relevant events.
• Visit partners regularly to discuss priorities, adjust engagement strategies and document all interactions in Salesforce.
• Monitor partner news and health, identify engagement risks and work with internal teams to mitigate them.
• Translate partnership opportunities into upgrades by collaborating with industry, centre and success teams.
• Support the preparation and on‑site participation of partners at Forum events, including agenda setting and bilateral meetings.
• Manage off‑boarding processes when required.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with senior executives.
• Strong understanding of partner business models and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week as per company policy.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
