Accountant – Financial Operations

About the role
The Accountant will support day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance with statutory regulations. Working under the Finance Manager, the role contributes to the overall financial integrity of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions.
- Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
- Handle Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Ensure VAT compliance, prepare filings and support IFRS reporting.
- Prepare cash‑flow forecasts and monthly cash reports.
- Conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Professional level of English.
- Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and IFRS standards.
- Understanding of tax regulations and general business acumen.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Navision or Business Central.
- Advanced Excel functions for reporting and analysis.
